You are absolutely right. People are shy about stepping into the spotlight or even admitting that they want to. Yet most people freely say that they want to help people. So here's the issue: How can you help people if they can't find you? If they don't know you exist. If you step into the spotlight, become not only visible and credible, but irresistible and attract, then you'll not only be able to make a difference to others, but help them do that as well.
