Great article! It really made me think about the messages I send out in different situations. After reading it, I realize that when I'm in a business situation, I seem to send out the 'right ' cues with my body language, particularly when I'm dealing with men. However, when I go to the school to pick up my son, I wait for him while sitting on stairs, with my arms around my knees and my head down. I never thought about what message that sends to the other moms and some dads. It also tells me where my confidence resides.
Thanks for giving me some food for thought!
