Session One: Identify Your Value Proposition.
Who are you and what do you offer?
Talent and hard work are not enough to get ahead. It’s vitally important in today’s work environment to let others know what you bring to the table. The first step is for you to identify and understand your value proposition. Decide how you want to be known. What do you want people to say about you when you leave the room?
In this session, you will develop three strong adjectives for your brand message and practice using “benefit language” to communicate your value proposition to others.
Session Two: Identify Your Web of Influence.
Who do you know and Who do you NEED to know?
Once you identify your value proposition, the next step is communicating this to key people in the organization who can help you reach your goal. It’s critical to think strategically about how to build and leverage your network of allies.
In this session, you’ll identify the key people who can help you move forward. Who are the decision makers, the influencers, and the connectors? Once you identify your network, you will prioritize the contacts based on their influence and the strength of your connection, and create an ongoing plan for consistent and persuasive communication.
Bonnie’s extensive background as an executive means she understands your challenges. She has held positions as CEO of a ServiceMaster company, VP of Sales at Medical Staffing Network and two other national companies in the healthcare and software industries.
